Halliburton’s Connections Run Deep in the Energy Industry

One would expect the Directors of a Fortune 500 company to have corporate ties to similar entities within its industry. However, the industry ties exhibited by oilfield services giant Halliburton Co are quite impressive. Halliburton has strong ties across the energy industry and to other industries connected to energy (for example the airline industry, the chemical industry, etc.). Halliburton posted above-expectation earnings for the Q3, with the majority of its earnings coming from overseas (see article from Bloggingstocks.com ).
